We are thrilled to announce that we received from the SEC the acceptance and confirmation of filling of our 506 Reg D (c) – Capital Insiders Fund I, LLC, a $100MM Investment Fund




Fund’s Objective:




Fund I’s investment objective is to generate consistent and conservative risk-adjusted income by originating and/or acquiring short-term real estate loans, secured in first position, on residential (non-owner occupied) and commercial investment properties across Texas.




Investment Approach:




Capital Insiders’ team originates, underwrites and services private commercial real estate loans to proven real estate investors, landlords, operators, builders and developers. Loans are secured by a diverse portfolio of real estate at a maximum loan-to-value ratio of 70%.
