Remember, you are making 2 audiences: one for the property owners motivated to sell, and the other to real estate Investors who need help finding the “deals”.




3.- Build a Buyers List




It’s important to know what your buyers want and expect. This may take time, but the more research you conduct and the more you understand from the buyer, the more actionable your data will be. Once you understand what your buyer is seeking, you will begin to see a pattern which will make it easier for you to match the property to the investor, thus making you a better resource and scout for your clients. 




4.- Think about the Seller




Keep in mind who your client is and what is your goal. Be a problem solver. Always conduct yourself in a professional matter. Often the seller is in a difficult situation and a “wholesaler” can help them avoid foreclosure by finding a buyer quickly. It is best not to come across as too pushy rather, knowledgeable, sympathetic and understanding.
